1. Introduction

    GrantFinder is a web-based open tool designed to ease the task of finding grant funding oportunities. This tool is able to select information from internet and process it delivering relevant information about an specific topic, in this case grant calls.

      2. Guide of use of GrantFinder

    Any user can perform a query in the search for a grant call in an easy way. Just clicking in the upper left button Submit query the user will be directed to a page for building the query. Three word bolcks are available:

    Users can add up to five mandatory and three excluded words by clicking in the green plus button. Any field must be filled, if any blank field is left the server will fail. If a field created is not desired it has to be removed before submitting any query. After typing the user email in its correspondig box, the search can be started by clicking in Search. Then a screen with the user's job identifier will be diplayed.

    3. Results access

      After some time, users will recive an email notifying the task has finished. For succesful queries, a link to the results site will be provided, where users must fill in their emails and jobs ids. The results are ranked in descendant order by its score. Other information about the websites, such us the number of mandatory and standard words clusters for every site is also available for the user.

      Notification email can take from a couple of minutes to several ours or days depending on the query complexity and cluster ocupation. Please keep that in mind and be patient.
